NO POST THIS WEEK BUT SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND

A friend sent this to me and told me to print it out and read it when I start worrying. This is so true. How are things going to go right if we worry about them going wrong? When we focus on the bad it seems to follow us. Look for the positive. I need to be reminded of this often.

    1. Murisopsis,
Covid is making everyone worry but is especially awful on those who struggle with mental illness. During these rough times we all have to try to be positive.

  1. This is so relatable and I pain your pain on this. With the stuff we’re having to live with today, it’s hard not to worry. Every time I start to worry I get mad at myself and other forces, like the media, and other outside forces. Then, I become that much more determined not to let them mold my mind. I hope this finds you well, Aimee. You’ve been on my mind lately and I continue to pray for you and wish you a complete recovery! Sending lots of love your way! ❤

Thank you. Worrying is a big problem. I think the news aim is to scare us. They do a good job at it. IThank you for the prayers. I’m still healing on the inside, but I’m getting stronger and doing good. Thanks for reading.
