SPEECHES
RISING ABOVE BULLYING
I tell how bullying affected my self-esteem and led to mental illness. I encourage my audience to stand up to bullies and to put an end to the abuse.
RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE
I discuss how bullying and a chemical imbalance led me into major depression, anxiety disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder and self-injury. I discuss steps I used to help me reach recovery and define “recovery.”
